At 15m my kids had dropped to one nap a day. Around 1130, had to be awake by 3, so that they were tired enough to go to bed at 7.
Ds2 would have slept till 5 if I had let him. Ds1 was happy with a 2hour nap.

DS is 17 months and has only had 1 sleep since about 13 months ish maybe a bit later - can't remember!!
His routine since being on 1 sleep is
6-6.30 ish up boob then breaky
Play or go out
10.30 lunch. Used to be later but he's hungry now so we both eat!!
Play after lunch
Sleep until 2.30-3 ish.
Boob then bed by 7pm.

Dd is 15 months she is not a good sleeper and has been on 1 nap most days for a few months, though if her nap is less then 40mins I will put her down again in the afternoon where she may have 20mins if at all.
Usual day is:
Up between 7-7.30 boob then breakfast
10am morning tea
1130 sleep ( is never longer then 1.5hrs)
3.30 afternoon tea and 20mins quite time.
7-7.30 boob and bed.

At 15mths my DD was still having two naps, I've only just started getting her down to one at 18mths.
At 15mths her routine looked a bit like this:
6.30am - wake up
7.00am - breakfast
8.30am - sleep
10.30am - wake & morning tea
12.30 - Lunch
1.00pm - sleep
2.00pm - wake
2.30 - afternoon tea
5.00pm - Dinner
5.30pm - Bath
6.00pm - Bed

DS2 is 15mo and he went down to 1 day sleep around 10/11 months. His day looks a bit like:
6-6.30am -Up, boob, breaky
9am - Out/ morning tea
11am - Lunch
11.30/12pm - Boob & nap (1.5-2hrs)
2.30pm - Arvo tea
5/5.30pm - Dinner, bath, books etc
7pm - Bed (still wakes a few times overnight).
Sounds like your DD is definitely ready to go to 2 sleeps - I would try cutting out the last one (I'm guessing late arvo?). You might have to put up with a grumpy baby in the arvo, but she just might sleep that bit longer in the morning then.
