    The majority of cakes don't contain alcohol an those that do th alcohol wouldn't pass through to the baby anyway...

    My doctor has told me it's ok as long as I pick items that can be heated. They state safe for pregnancy on their website and for legal reasons I can't see them stating that if it's not true.

    im doing the 1500 calorie plan but subbing in my own food.
