    I make sausage rolls (skinless sausages and puff pastry...sometimes i add bacon and cheese), freeze them raw. They take about 15 mins to cook in the morn/night for school lunches.
    I also do mini pizzas. Make pizza dough, roll into small circles, top and let prove for about 30 mins then freeze. Again they take about 15 mins to cook for lunches.

    Love the idea of freezing cookie dough!
