Just bumping to ask some advice.
I love stretchy wraps for newborns and am trying to decide what I want for my next bub. (It's a while off but I'm a planner )
The only issues I have with them is how hot they can get, and all of the wrapping (tails dragging on the ground in a car park as you're tying etc). I was looking at the chekoh wrap as they're supposed to be lighter and last longer than just the newborn stage, then saw that they do ring slings as well, and that would be less layers of fabric.
Are ring slings tricky? I've never used one and always been a little intimidated by wovens, stretchies seem to have a larger margin for error and I'm a noob.
Any advice? What would you choose if you were me?

Chekoh is amazing. You can tie it on yourself before you put Bub in.

    Ringslings are great too.

    I'd buy both lol

Yep! As long as it's not damaged then I'd definitely go second hand. Most of my stash are second hand.

Default Looking for other baby wearer's

Definitely. I've sold both my hug a bubs for half price and those things were immaculate lol but seriously I've bought many wraps secondhand and they are often better than brand new - especially woven wraps.
@Mamasupial where do you buy your second hand wraps? I used to belong to something on Facebook but can't remember what it was and I sold everything once DS2 didn't want to go in them anymore (well except the Tula toddler we still use for him). I've recently bought an Ankalia new (love it) but would like to add at the very least a ring sling so looking for secondhand.

Babywearing buy sell swap group on FB. I actually just sold another wrap yesterday. Now I have a size 5, size 3, size 6 and a RS to sell.

    I'm keeping a size 6, a fly tai and a RS.
