We just had a babywearing expo in Perth. Saturday just gone. We didn't make it too many birthday parties this month!

Not sure. It was part of international babywearing week. Is there a vic babywearers on facebook? Maybe you could suggest doing on if they dont already. From what I can gather they had the local vendors selling their wares as well as demos raffles etc

So I was supposed to be buying my first woven and uh - bought another ring sling......Oops! Couldn't resist the Jaffy.
I keep getting confused as to what I want to buy as far as a wrap goes.
I know I want a size 6 but that's it! Any advice as far as pattern for a newbie? Am I better off buying a rainbow or colour blocked wrap so I can tell the different rails apart or does it not make much difference? I have a rainbow rs and would prefer a different pattern but not sure if that's the best idea for a starter wrap. Any advice?

No real advice as I'm a newbie too but I say just buy one you love! My woven is a kokadi erna and it's beautiful.
