I leak at random times, I go for a wee am finished, wipe myself, stand up and then I dribble. I dribble randomly, I wear a thin liner daily, have done so for over 5 years. I do not leak when I cough, laugh, run. Is there anything that can be done to help? I find this very embarrassing. This problem started prior to having my daughter. Thank you

I'm the same as Killarney! I've been wearing a liner for almost 5 years as well but it does seen to have been made worse with my 2 pregnancies

Usually no more than a week, depending on how busy the expert is with other work etc. I sent them an email on Friday, so should hear back this week. I will post as soon as I get the answers in.

Ds3 is a month old and I have stress incontinence. Also if I have an active day with lots of walking or lifting my olde children everything feels 'heavy' by the evening. I've been doing kegel's but was wondering if it would be premature to start seeing a physio? Mum ended up with a sling at 40 so I want to be proactive.
