If you can a cake mix you could just add a tin of fruit or a cup of lemonade to make a cake. No milk need.

Well that's some BS right there!
I don't think I'll be taking anymore advice from @Nomsie. Frankly, I don't care for that sort of advice!!!

Got lumps in the boobs that can't be massaged out no matter what I do.
I went to spare Dr (the one I only go to when i need a certificate or something simple) he didn't examine me just checked temp and gave antibiotics and said if the lumps don't disappear by this morning to come back and he will drain them (spew) I don't think i'm going to do that!
At times boobs had sharp pains in them, not just when feeding but all the time - especially worse at night.
My nipples are pink - but aren't they supposed to be? And lactation consultant said they looked good (bet she did the frisky lady )
Had blocked ducts/mastitis with both my boys. If you can't clear the lumps yourself with feeds/massage/heatpacks call a physio. Either the physio attached to the hospital you birthed at or one that specialises in women's issues. They ultrasound the lumps and it gets rid of the blocked ducts. Google it. Worked awesome for me and I didn't need to do the antibiotics.

This is great advice thank you! I'll see what happens in the next day or so and if no improvement, I'll try this!

My dh is at the shops to get a birthday present fo me for tomorrow. I gave him explicit instructions on what I wanted what shop it was in. Even what aisle yet he calls me tells me he can't find it and I have to go tomorrow by myself to get it. Thanks for the thought honey.

Happy birthday for tomorrow! It's my birthday tomorrow as well. Df will be at work so it will just be me and the kids. Not even 5 minutes ago df told me he hasn't got me a present because he has either been at work or with me... Now, I'm honestly not too upset but it irks me that men know when our birthdays are coming up, and yet still can't plan anything in advance. He is the sand at Christmas time too. Apparently the frantic crazed atmosphere of last minute Christmas Eve shoppers is right up his alley.
