    Not sure about how many calories these would have but I blend together the following and press into a container, freeze then cut up to bite size pieces:

    2 cups dessicated coconut
    12 medjool dates deseeded
    1 cup pumpkin and sunflower seed
    Half cup almond and macadamia nut
    2 tablespoons chia seed
    2 tablespoons cacao
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    about 3 small pieces is usually enough to get me through my chocolate craving.

    I do all kinds of things on cruskits, which are good for DD ... but I dont really like cruskits so doesnt work for me
