Fabulous!! How did the morph scan go? Did you get a nice pic? It's a little girl, from memory?

Scan went well! As far as we know everything is low risk but seeing the OB tomorrow to go over results and go over the blood work!

Yup a little girl we got a couple of good scans she hates photos though so it took awhile lol

    A questions please girls

Tully's cord really, really smells - is this normal? The midwife yesterday said it was, but far out she's at day 5 now.

DD's didn't really have a smell until it was about to drop off. It wasn't pleasant cleaning it! I know it doesn't hurt them but it looked painful. Have you been cleaning it a lot? That can help the process

I wouldn't say we have been cleaning it a lot, no. What did you clean it with? And when did Isla's drop off? Thanks

We cleaned it at least once a day depending on how it looked. We just used a wet cotton bud and gave it a good clean. Then we would dry it with another cotton bud.
It was my least favourite part of Isla being a newborn haha

ETA: she was born on the Saturday and it dropped off the next Sunday night

Having said that for the last 3 days or so, it was cleaned with every bum change - so very often! That helped it fall off.
