Ds1 came 5 days early naturally (I carried him)
Ds2 came 11 days late via csection after 3 days of induction (dp carried him)
It's all so varied person to person!

Our little one was stubborn. I ended up induced at 41+5 because she didn't want to come haha

She probably would have happily stayed in there even longer but I was so over my morning sickness at that stage. I'd had it since six weeks on the dot. We kind of pushed to get things moving in the end.

Labour started for me at 40+9 after a S&S and gave birth the day after at 40+10. They were giving me to 40+12.

You'll most likely go over being a first timer. But anything could happen. Hopefully Bub comes soon as I remember you said they were measuring ahead! @TortoiseNotTheHare

Yep measuring ahead so bubs going to be a big one!! Still no signs yet and they will let me go another 10 days before inducing so I guess we will have to wait and see. I'm worried bub will be too big to deliver in another 10 days. I'm guessing we would have a 4kg baby on our hands now!! Imagine in 10 days!!! Eeeeeekk

Our little one was 4.2kgs! In saying that, she still looks petite and everyone comments on how petite and dainty she seems.

I think it depends on their length too! Bubs legs looked skinny when we saw them on the monitor last week. No rolls which I was a bit shocked by so not sure if it's all cos of length with this one. Time shall tell! I have no issues with a big healthy bub as long as I can still deliver lol. Otherwise c-section it will be!
