Yea I'm feeling okay... Don't quite look six month, but I do look more pregnant than my five weeks should...
Really tired, boobs sore and way to big already... Not sure how I am going to cope with rockmelons on my chest, but I am sure I will... Have them slinged into a sport bra now just so I can cope, especially at night.
But it's nice just being pg for once... Taking it all as it comes.

Hi! How is everyone doing?
Congrats on the results @frogpossum! Great news!
I have just hit the all important12 weeks! Slowly coming out of this horrible nausea haze. Instead of it being constant it now just hits unexpectedly! Still totally exhausted.
Had a scan last week and got a excellent report. Risk is relatively low for my age, but lots of good signs, NT good, could see correct number of fingers, nose looked good. So now deciding whether to do the maternal/foetal blood test. What's a few more dollars on top of what we've spent to get this far.....right?
Hope everyone is doing well, coping with ms and tiredness, and hope there's lots more good 12 wk reports to come!
Glad to see so many familiar names from the TTC IVF threads! Best wishes to everyone!
I just found out my friend has had an ectopic, they're trying to save her last tube. She has always wanted to be pregnant at the same time as one of our girls group, but has had trouble having her third. I haven't told her my news yet, was planning to this weekend. Not sure how she will handle it now that she's lost another chance.

@OIC congratulations on your scan results. Sorry to hear about your friend. It will be difficult for her but just be sensitive that's all you can do.
AFM scan this monring and all looking good. Heard a strong little heart beat of 145bpm. So relieved and happy.

Thanks @Soques and @Bellydance. She sounds like she is ok. She was just about to start IVF and first blood came back wi bHCG, but she didn't know for long and wasn't really feeling it so hadn't gotten too excited. Hoping the drugs work and last tube doesn't have to go. But it also means IVF is delayed prob six months. She didn't ask about me so I didn't tell her yet. I'll wait until I tell the rest of the group. I know that she will be happy for me, but I also know it will be bitter sweet to know she could have been sharing this time with me. And that she can't even try again for a while.
@Bellydance, yeahy for your scan! Great HB!
@Two mummys welcome! And congrats!
@Soques I know what you mean about the boobs! I've got smallish ones, c cup, and the boobs were the first symptom and most constant! Had to go up to an E cup for a bra for work. And they still wake me up when I roll over, just hurts! Ah the joys!

I had no idea that newborns are only awake for 45 mins at a time , and that they don't really put themselves to sleep, you have to put them to sleep! I thought they just nodded off by themselves......but I know nothing about babies and pregnancy!!! It's all so weird!

@OIC tell me about it, my wife sent me a copy of the diary we kept for our first during the first 6months, I forgot how often they awake, how often they feed and poop and wee. We used an app called total baby to track everything, also to make sure that the wife switched sides each feed. I should be scared about doing it again, but I'm not, I'm super excited, most rewarding thing I've ever done.
I also made a mistake and told the wife I'd do all poopy nappies when I'm home for the first 6mnths as trade off for the invasive and stabby nature of IVF. She hasn't forgotten that either!
