Day 37: silver lining to a boy with gastro. DS was so wiped out and drained by 7am that he willingly came to my bed and we napped while he lay snuggled into my chest. He's usually far too important and busy to spend much time cuddling me, and he has refused to sleep in my bed for at least six months. I adored my snuffly, snuggly, sleepy, stinky boy cuddles

Day 37: I've used this one before but it's fly in day for DH seeing him after a week makes me sooooo happy! We've always lived this lifestyle but it doesn't mean I miss him an less as time goes by.

Day 37- it's my birthday. I'm sick and my headspace is pretty bad. But I'm choosing to be grateful. I'm 37 years old, have the most amazing DH in the world, two unique, happy and healthy kids, a beautiful loyal cat, unbelievably amazing friends, a successful business and most of all, I live in the most peaceful, beautiful and blessed country in the world.

Ds slept from 7 until 3 last night. I felt like I could tackle anything this morning after that much sleep!

DP took the day off so he could drive me to my Board meeting 2 hours away.
We had nice lunch together half way and he found something to do for 4 hours. He is a solid gold champion!
