Sorry to derail but just a quick thanks for this thread. It's lovely finding something positive/happy in your day every day.
Even if your having a bad day as I was the other day it was nice to sift through all that and try and find something regardless. It's like searching for gold some days but it's there, somewhere.

Day 4. Figured out a big water bill head twisting puzzle at work today and I've been up since 3.00ish, happy that despite horrible nights sleep my brain can still work....without me

day 4, im later than usual. I have spent most of today driving about the beautiful sunshine coast. perfect winter weather, clear sunny skies, and glorious blue water in the Maroochydore river. pretty good for a work day. marie

Day 4. Have decided to get on top of my finances and am starting a July Spending Freeze (come join us in the family finances section!). It makes me happy because my head has been in a muddle for so long, I've felt I couldn't manage it (getting in control of a budget I mean). My head is feeling so much better, it's time to tackle it!

Day 4: I had a really stressful and awful day but my boys were both so well behaved at the paeds appointment. She even commented how gorgeous ds1 was

Lots of good stuff.
Took DD to my parents' place - LOVE seeing her play with them. Fished through some of my old toys and found the Schleich cow I was after. Bought a gorgeous stuffed otter from an op shop, AND something I have for sale on eBay is doing really well.
