(mind - the spelling mistake in that is from the site, so they dont have time for spellcheck either )71% of people tried to complete this challenge, but failed quoting lack of time as the main reason.
These people simpy did not have time to be happy. Do you?
Anyway - This isnt a monthly challenge - this is in addition.
Can you be happy for 100 days?
You can post an image, a photo, a thought, something special that happened or that you did, or just a general "I am happy with life today"
If you can post every day for 100 days ... I may create a special achievement/award !!!
The challenge will start from tomorrow - though people can join any day this week ... and finish around the 1/10/2014
so - who is up for it?

#100 Happy Days
23-06-2014 20:32 #2
Ok me but some days I'm going to be scraping the bottom of the barrel and/or outright fibbing.
Oh gee a hundred day commitment is big!

I'll try! Why not.. Looking for a positive each day is a great aim.
23-06-2014 20:51 #4How? Plain simple!
every day submit a picture of what made you happy!
It can be anything from a meet-up with a friend to a very tasty cake in the nearby coffee place, from a feeling of being at home after a hard day to a favor you didto a stranger.
#100happyday challenge is for you - not for anyone else.
It is not a happiness competition or a showing off contest. If you try to please / make others jealous via your pictures - you lose without even starting. Same goes for cheating.
Why would I do that?
People successfully completing the challenge claimed to: - Start noticing what makes them happy every day;
- Be in a better mood every day;
- Start receiving more compliments from other people;
- Realize how lucky they are to have the life they have;
- Become more optimistic;
- Fall in love during the challenge.
Even when the challenge is over the collected 100 happy moments can always remind you about the beauty of your life. For that, you can receive a little 100 page book with your 100 happy daysat the finish line of the challenge!
Visit www.100happydays.com/foundation for more information.
The post does not have to be a photo of your children - it can be a picture of something else, just a thought or description ... whatever you want.
Just something that you have done, thought or noticed that has made you happy.
No - you do not have to be happy for the entire day for 100 days. Just post something that has made you happy at one point during the day.

It's so easy to do really, I'm currently up to day 69! Even DH asks what's my "happy day" today.
I'm really glad that I signed up for it. It does make me stop and think each evening "what made me happy today?" And I tend to remember that instead of the 'bad' that may have happened.

I realise not everyone wants to post photo's for privacy reasons ... so just a post with a description is fine.

I'm definitely going to try.
The old, fake it 'til you make it springs to mind, so maybe by actively trying to find a source of happiness every day will actually create it
