So far so good! I'm having fun trying out different shake flavour combos and I'm surprised by how much I look forward to them. I get hungry late afternoon, so I've been drinking all sorts of herbal teas to try and avoid snacking before dinner.

First week done and I have lost 2kg!! Can fit back into my pre pregnancy jeans yay!! Enjoying the shakes so far as well dh has even had some with me

Thats great! I have been ill all weekend so haven't had any shakes since Friday. Started my 4th week today 4.2kg lighter!

Can I join too. I have just started the shakes this Monday on day 3 now and have already blown it. My friend came past today for a coffee and play and she bought a huge chocolate cake and of course I have no will power to say NO. I've been so good the ladt two days.

Im also cutting back on sugar and just want to eat a big block of chocolate, luckily its cold so I dont want to leave the hpuse with two kids lol

Hope everyone is feeling better soon. Next week is a new week. What day is everyone weighing themselves? I have my first weigh in on Monday.
Have u ladies measured yourself too to see if u are losing centimeters or just in kg?
I'm loving the strawberry shakes at the moment but still only managing one a day for breakfast.
If I dont lose much this week will definitely try the two a day next week.
