Going well 35wks tomorrow and counting. Finished work on Friday (we close for two wks over christmas) so guess I'm a lady of leisure for now hehe. Tried having a nap for the last 45mins but my extremely noisy neighbour's won't let me. School holidays coinciding with the last few wks of pregnancy isn't going to be too fun lol.

My sister had her baby boy last Friday extremely exciting. She had a fairly traumatic delivery though which wasn't fun. Was induced and she reacted to the oxytocin drip which put her and bub into distress and his heart rate dropped. There was no time for an epidural because she started progressing too quickly so she had to be put under GA for an emergency ceasarian. They discovered his cord wrapped around his neck twice but other than that he was perfectly fine. They are both doing very well now which is fantastic.

How's everyone else going? How are you Smurfy?

Yeh it was terrible. I worry a little because mum had 4 ceasarians and now my sister. I know it's not something that runs in families but I still worry.

Yep nursery all done 😊 I have bought just about everything now I think. Almost finished packing my hospital bag tonight, just a few more things to get tomorrow and a few things to wash of mine.

Yay for 37wks and full term!!! How exciting! Not long at all.

I've been having so many braxton hicks contractions this arvo/evening and now still tonight. Makes me paranoid

37wks today full term now so feeling great about that and a bit relieved. Mostly just uncomfortable and hardly sleeping which is hard. Luckily being on maternity leave means I don't have a busy schedule to stick to which helps. Have to reschedule the pregnancy massage I had booked for tomorrow because the therapist is sick which sucks. Was really looking forward to it. It was a baby shower present.

How was your christmas with Sienna? Can't wait to have a little one at Christmas time would make it so much more fun. Not long till you potentially start the TTC journey again too.

Michelle how are you? You'd be 39wks now right? Unless you've popped already

Christmas was great. Sienna was teething, so a bit cranky and clingy. Christmas is so much better now we have a child.
