Is she sleeping too long in the day, or is it time to change bedtime? I'm just thinking if she goes to sleep easily in the day, she may not be as tired if you have stuck with her 'baby' bedtime at night and days keeps haven't changed? Just a suggestion.

She sleeps about 2.5-3 hour in 2 naps. Goes to sleep at 7pm.
