Patsy - all the best with the packing. As for syringes, I only carried what I required plus a couple on hand luggage and stored the rest in my checked baggage. I carried all medications on as hand luggage, primarily due to pressurisation and secondly in case our luggage got lost in transit, which from memory did happen to a fellow Sth African ED Warrior.
Oh Hun, our minds can play crazy games on us. Hopefully you will have sweet dreams tonight. Xx

Patsy good luck with your packing and final preparations.
To answer your questions re:needles. I carried the 2 required during travel in my carry on luggage inside the Lucrin box. I did this as the airline I was travelling with and customs recommended carrying all medication in its original packaging. (I was on a lot of other stuff for immune protocol so carried it all in a small cooler bag - the one my Aussie clinic gave me with my last OE cycle)
I was nervous before I left about having the needles etc going through the various airports but I needn't have worried. I was also armed with a letter from CFC and my own FS to explain the medications but literally no one asked to see it. I will do the same in our next trip but without the worry

I have been a bit quiet on here for a while, but I have nothing to report as I won't be going back for the third FET until next year - still to get all that set up.
But this forum is buzzing with activity! So many going over. I wish you all loads of luck and know you will all fall in love with SA like I did.
Baby dust to all 😊

Patsy - good luck! I think you are next cab off the rank and flying out today. I hope it all goes well for you and you come home with a little "extra baggage".
Hi to everyone else.

KLM - So pleased you have decided to return. I do wish you weren't having to return, but let's call this one 'third time lucky'. Your future children are going to be so proud of their mumma. What a great example you have set them already about strength, courage and tenacity. Xx
Patsy and Williteverhappen - Woooohhoooooo, let's go November crew!!!! Xx

Thanks everyone for your messages and positive thoughts! Just a quickie to say we've arrived in CT after 24 hours of traveling. Staying in Molteno cottage in Claremont which is beautiful (and the owners are super friendly and picked us up from the airport) so highly recommend as well. I think all we'll manage today is a walk around to check out the area and then an early night ahead of our first appointment at CFC tomorrow. Can't believe we are finally here after all this time...
