Luca - huge congratulations!! That's awesome news!! xx
Patsy - I'm really confused about which one to go for too. Was going for the one off Depot injection but it's sooooo expensive compared to the others. Not sure I can justify the price.. Off to see FS tomorrow to see what he says. Hopefully have some info for you then. Xx

Luca - congratulations on your wonderful numbers. Very happy for you. Keep us posted with your progress. xxx

mardi - I've used both the Lucrin and Synarel. Both are easy to use. The daily injection is really no biggie. I used to do it late at night so that it was easy for me to flip straight onto SA time and do it when I woke up in SA (tip... think about what time you would like to give it to yourself once you arrive in SA and adjust the time accordingly for Aussie time - then it's all very simple). You will have to keep the Lucrin cold when you travel. But that was no trouble either as the airline will give you ice.

As you know I had ovulated through the Syneral in a previous IVF cycle, so my FS here in Aus recommended the Lucrin as I showed him the list of meds from the CFC. His preference for me was Lucrin because it was a more controlled dose. If you sneeze within 5-10 minutes of sniffing the Syneral you have to re take the dose. It is really simple to use though and would just fit in your purse. Which ever one you decide on, just be sure to drink lots of water to avoid the headaches both can give you.

    RB x

I think I'm leaning towards the Lucrin now, just because I can get hold of it more easily. And I'm going to have to get used to injections so I might as well start there...
    Thanks for everyone's help!

Laned, great news cfc are all over it, hope you can lock your donor in soon.

    Luca, super result. Congrats!

Lucrin is fine Patsy, the needle is very fine and good tip from RB to sync with SA time, i was told you have approx. max 4hr window to take the injection in. Also no issues transporting cold on aeroplane. I had a letter from my Dr notifying I was carrying medication and needles but never had to show it and I had ice blocks in with it and no issues on singapore airlines. The stewards took and kept it in a cool place for me too.

Hi beautiful ladies. Now I'm worrying my linning might not be thick enough when I get to do my scan, as I have had problems with it before. Do you ladies know anything that can help thicken it up before the dday? Thanks.
