Doing really well here, haven't had sweets all week. My treat after dinner is a diet coke.

I have had a cr*p night. Came home from dinner and ate when I absolutely didn't need to I ate good stuff but too much of it, and I didn't need any of it. Bummed with myself.

Tomorrow is a new day ladies.
Are there any emotional ties to food? Is it boredom? Perhaps pinpointing it will help you recognise a trigger when its happening?

I so need to join this thread. I eat soo much after tea. Partly due to hunger, but mostly it's bored, emotional, reward for kids being in bed etc. it's night two of not eating after tea and I'm starving. I had some dried apricots thinking that would get me through, but now my tummy is rumbling

Does anyone find that doing exercise just makes you more hungry? Feels like it is futile to exercise when I just end up really hungry and eating anyway. I guess I should have snacked on something healthy with less calories.

Ok, it's 630 and I'm done eating. I'm determined tonight! All I'm allowed is a cup of tea (or two...)

yeah but I find if I have banana's or fruit of some kind after, I can get through it and it makes the exercise worthwhile
certainly I feel a lot better about myself anyway.
(having said that I havent done much for a bit as I ride a bike, and it is too damn cold at the moment - and I am a big wuss )
