Love this thread - I'm a big snacker and after dinner is danger period for me. The only thing I changed is I just can't have bad food in the house. I find a bit of honey in my peppermint tea helps, but will eat all the chocolate if it is here.
Bad cravings tonight, did have a mini bounty but I have been so good all week it was my one little treat - surprisingly I don't want anymore (I use to eat half a family block at least 3 times a week!!)

I brush my teeth when I start to feel like I might want to eat something I shouldn't. There's no way I'll go to bed with unbrushed teeth and I know I won't be bothered brushing them a second time. Works for me

Can't be as bad as me, I had pizza for dinner I blame the school disco for a late night and me not wanting to cook.

Think I will start brushing my teeth after dinner. We had pizza for dinner and I was full but still ate choc cake and ice cream :-(
My hard work having weightloss shakes all week is probably all undone in one night

I have been pretty good today. Only had a tiny piece of cake after dinner and did some exercise.
Now dh has just opened a pack of my fave chips and I am using all my will power to not have any!!
How is everyone else going?

I had a good night last night. Was peckish at 9.30 so had some strawberries.
We're going to the beach for dinner tonight (fish and chips). Really hoping I can be strong and get a salad instead (there's a place there with lovely ones). I find when I eat fatty foods that it triggers more cravings.

Since I've been doing the lo carb thing I haven't struggled since Wednesday when I had my late night pancake binge. I have had my dinner and not snacked at all, I've definitely felt better for it.
