Default Best way to contact Centrelink?

What is a good way to contact Centrelink? I need to contact them to inform them of changes to the PPL application I previously submitted - I just waited on hold for 20 minutes with no end in sight & then I just gave up. Im not running up a massive phone bill waiting forever on hold.

Going into the office is not an option at almost 38 weeks pregnant when im forced to rely on public transport.

Call at around 8:30 in the morning. That's when I call and the longest I've ever waited is a couple of minutes.

Sometimes calling late works as well. Is it the same line that you call for FTB? If so you can call til 8:30pm.

Also when you speak to them ask them to set up the call back service for you. It means you keep your spot in the queue but they call you back instead of you being stuck on hold.

Yes first thing in the morning or it's pointless. Do they have a ring-back service?
