I had a bad day yesterday but I knew it would be because we went to a party with finger foods and cake. Rather than looking at it as falling off the Wagon I am thinking that I stepped of for a special occasion and now I am stepping back on.
Today was better. Eggs for breakfast, cheese and nuts for snacks, soup for lunch and and meat and steamed veg for dinner.
When I did this last time, the plan I did warned me off milk so I have not been having my daily latte, just a plunger coffee with a dash of milk. I will still allow myself a latte on weekends.....because I just want it.

Well back on the wagon today after my weekend away.
B- eggs and bacon
L - protein shake
D - beef and cabbage roll pie with cauli mash
Had a very emotional day (after a scary medical incident last night which landed me in hospital having CT scans)
And i really wanted to eat the entire 900g bag of cookies and cream hersys bars we got from costco, but i resisted, cause ive realised problems dont get solved with food.
Massive achievement i think.
Also had that b.a.stard implanon taken out. Hooray.

today was strange;
- boiled egg
- 2 lattes - wasn't happy with this
- curry wraps in lettuce - weird combo
- 1 roast potato - I ate it before I thought about what I was doing
- steamed brocoli with cheese and tomato based ssuce
- an aldi chocolate 85%
Hopefully tomorrow will be more structured. I'm feeling all pms'y and gross so need get through this week steering clear of the carb loaded cravings

I ate well yesterday but had a couple of choc biscuits after dinner. I'll blame that on pregnancy cravings. Will try not to snack today, unless it's cheese.
Used some leftover thick cream in my coffee this morning, so yum. Might go make another creamy coffee now.
