    Weigh in today - I have a 63 on the scales I've also lost 4cm from my hips and 3.5 from my waist. Now to stay on track to hit my first goal of 60.

    This is the first time I've been keeping track of my measurements (as they do it for me at the gym each month).

    I've found it useful as often if I haven't lost weight on the scales, I have still lost cm's so I know something is happening!
