Grrrr I've just eaten cheese I didn't need to eat. Yes low carb but totally uncalled for. I have issues with eating after dinner

Cheese wont kill ya teenie.
Dont restrict TOO much, cause once your body adapts then you cant restrict too much further to get it going again.
