Ive even cut out diet coke cause of the sodium. So wtf? Its frustrating. I bet you its this *** implanon (im getting it removed next week, what a mistake)

I hear ya! I've not quite been a saint but the last couple of weeks I'm definitely feeling a plateau. I weigh in tomorrow and I'm just hoping I haven't gained.

Interested in hearing others views on breaking through the plateau....?

The implanon is evil!! I gained 15kg in te 6 months I had it (I'm like this on all hormonal bc tho , desperately waiting for hubs snip lol)

As for breaking plateau could u do a bit of a carb day and then back into low carb might shake things up a bit, I vaguely remember reading something about carb refeeds a while ago
