So, whats the go with plateaus? Its been close to two weeks and bar one slip up ive been a *** saint.
Ive even cut out diet coke cause of the sodium. So wtf? Its frustrating. I bet you its this *** implanon (im getting it removed next week, what a mistake)

As for breaking plateau could u do a bit of a carb day and then back into low carb might shake things up a bit, I vaguely remember reading something about carb refeeds a while ago

Yeah im going to see my dr on monday and organise getting it out. Its the most phucked thing ever. Id take it out myself if i could

Thanks lovely. Yep i rang them and changed my appt to actually getting it out on monday so i dont hafto wait any longer. ive had it is for 2.5 weeks and thats exactly how long i havent lost anything and also been a complete RAGE-A-HOLIC.

Ouch! I remember the nasty bruising and one talk about rage!! I was furiously angry constantly (actually reminds me of my daughters pregnancy, the whole 9 months lol, with my son I was so mellow hahahah)
