Going out for a carb heavy meal tonight, nothing I can do about it as it's a pizza wine bar. Just means I need to be prepared to get back on board tomorrow. I want to make this sustainable so I didn't want to avoid tonight but use it to keep focused.

Hi guys! I've had a terrible day. I lost my beloved dog of 14 years last night. She passed away in my dad's arms, as my parents were driving her to the vet. I found out this morning and I just feel so heartbroken :-( I still managed to stay focused and didn't binge, but enough heartbreak today I wanted to crawl in my bed, cry and eat a whole block of chocolate. It's my weigh in tomorrow. 5 weeks tomorrow I've been on board with the diet. I'm hoping I'm in the 76 range. Fingers crossed.

Well done with staying on track in such a tough situation. Good luck with the weigh in tomorrow :-)

Yummy huh ZE! at 1g of carbs per serve it's soooo good! there are a few others in that range that are really low carb as well. I love it with celery seasoned with sea salt. I'm on my 3 lot in just over a week Even a full tub is only about 10-12 g of carb so it's pretty difficult to OD lol

Sorry to hear about your dog Luminary

Its so good! I wish i loved raw veggies but i just cant do it. But the pepperoni has less than 1g of carbs so it was pretty incredible to eat something so tasty and it not being 'bad'!!
