    The cauliflower fried rice was a hit with the whole family. Need to make a bigger batch next time.

    I've lost .5 I was hoping for more but that's 3.2kg all up and I'm under 65kg. This is normally the time I get slack and don't continue. Since having DS I haven't been under 60kg. This is my first goal

    Today I'm stocking up after our holiday with eggs, meats, cheese, salad and veggies. I also have booked myself a 1:1 yoga session to get back into it and a monthly unlimited pass.

    Plan for today;
    - boiled egg
    - meatloaf in lettuce wraps
    - bacon and eggs

    I'm yet to try cauliflower fried rice. Sounds delish!

    I just purchased flavorstone pans. Wow, amazing. No oil :-)
