Stuck to my plan today. I ate some Brie cheese for a snack and some sugarfree dark choc after dinner. Also had some milk in tea and coffee.

And haven't weighed myself since Sunday.

You did well and you stocked up, so that's even better.

After last weeks whopping 1.8 kilos loss ive only had a 450g loss this week.

Better than nothing i suppose, i was sure it would be more as a pair of jeans that i struggled to do up are doing up fine now.

I figured everyone has a weight loss plateau every now and then. I have had decent weight loss amounts the last 3 weeks, but I'm waiting for the dreaded one that makes me feel like I haven't worked hard.

450g is great and better than a weight gain. I think you're doing great. Every day is a new day. 😄

I never do measurements which is stupid i know, i just never think to do it.

Yeah my surgeon says that sustainable weight loss on a graph should look like a stair case not a constant decline so im glad i did lose something, i did have a sugar free chocolate bar this week and started adding tomato sauce to my eggs so i think i'll give those a miss this week.

450g loss is excellent. If you lose half a kilo a week over the next 3 months you will have lost 6 kilos.
