Do you cook the garlic? That sounds so yummy. I make seafood sauce with tomato sauce, mayo and some Worcestershire.

No I don't cook the garlic. I have a jar of minced garlic in the fridge and i just throw some of that in.

also, when I make the patties for my naked burgers, there is usually some mince left over, so I make a few extra patties and put them in the freezer.

lol it's naked burger night! I love red onion so much, it goes well in salad, omelettes, pretty much anything. And it doesn't have that bite of normal onion when raw.

I put a layer of chopped onion and a layer of red capsicum in a casserole dish. Add a layer of chicken thighs and cover in a jar of salsa (bought from coles). put in oven on slow heat for a couple of hours. when its done I shred it with a fork and serve with cheese, sour cream and jalapeños.

We had naked burgers last night! Tonight I'm having soup - the boys are having Chicken cutlets.

I succumbed to a scone but honestly, they do not taste as good as they used too so I won't be hankering after one next week!

Still haven't weighed in...but hanging out too - will have to wait till Thursday now.

Hope everyone else had a great day!
