    I'm to the point now that I'm not fazed by sweets now. If I see a cake, chocolate , any crap , I just think "it will always be there" and I walk away. I've never been so dedicated in my life. I hope I stay this way.

    This is me, my sister was showing me cakes today and I was like yeah that looks nice but not even a single fibre of my body felt like I needed to eat it, feels so good, that's one of the reasons I love low carb, never feel like I'm missing out

    I was going to use kraft singles cheese on my naked burger, checked the pack, they have 5grams of carbs per 100grams. This is a fair bit higher than other cheeses. Good reminder to check labels.

    Ohh noooooo I asked so to bring me home a bottle of coke zero while I was cooking and I just absentmindedly had 3 sips out of his regular coke I had done so so good today as well god dammit, how much damage do you think I did?
