    56.8kg today. I have lost 0.7kg in 6 days. very happy with that result.

    Started the day with scrambled eggs and a coffee.

    Hows it going girls? Whats the plan for today? I had a late breakfast, tiny protein bar and an egg, lunch (when i feel hungry) is leftovers from last night and dinner is stuffed capsicums yum! Looking fwd to it!!

    Two boiled eggs for breakfast, I'm out at the shops for lunch so going to get souvlaki meat probably, dinner is chicken and the fake mac and cheese

    I think one of the downsides of this type of eating is that it can be a little expensive if you are not careful. To help kickstart my low carb eating I have been buying nice pieces of steak, salmon, prosciutto and a variety of cheeses. This can really add up.

    So this week I am trying to be more mindful and use some cheeper cuts of meat such as chicken thighs, chuck steak and mince. I might also make some more quiche and maybe try some low carb soup recipes.

    Todays plan
    scrambled eggs
    quiche
    naked burger
    snacks - cheese, prosciutto, boiled egg, coke zero

    I find my worst time for snacking and potentially veering off the plan is after dinner when I am watching tv.

    I really have to try those stuffed capsicums they sound like a winner

    Hi all!

    I have lost all of my baby weight but really want to lose anothe 5-10kgs. I was 3.5 kg lower than I am now but went back up immediately after eating normally after following a very restricted diet.

    I am trying LChf as a lifestyle with the aim of hopefully losing weight as well.

    I just need some extra encouragement as I find the transition hard off high carb foods.

    A naive question but how do you know when you reach ketosis? I tried to read through all the pages but LO kept interrupting by waking up

    Hi sage, welcome to the thread

    For me when i reach ketosis my breath gets really bad, and i dont crave food of any kind, i just eat cause i hafto. Really thirsty as well. (For me)

    Not sure about other ladies
