    What naughty treats does everyone fit into their low carb diet? For me it's KFC wicked wings at about 5gm per piece. I try to eat under 50gm a day so it's not impossible

    Just weighed myself. I've lost 1.6kg in 5 days It wasn't deliberate to have such low cals, it just happened that way with being low carb. That day was the first day of ketosis, so I felt so full. Even this morning, I'm just not hungry.
