    My main focus this weekend is to stay on track, keep myself in ketosis and not have a "cheat" meal.

    Friday night is done, so just have to push through until Monday. I find it so much easier to stay on track during the week, it's the weekends that I find more difficult.

    I hope everyone else has a great weekend and hopefully we can all stay on task until next week.

    This is my plan too.

    I have had 2 days of 100% commitment and I've woken up feeling lighter, I'm weighing in tomorrow morning.

    I had a victory last night, I went out for a birthday and had a diet coke to drink while at the place, then on the drive home everyone stopped and for mcdonalds and I didn't her anything and I didn't feel like I missed out either! Wooooo

    Low carb bars on sale at chemist warehouse. 2 for $3.99. I may have accidently eaten 3 yesterday, but I didn't eat much else so I don't feel 2 guilty
