    I believe you. An get ketosis test strips like ovulation tests if u want to know 100%

    B- scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon (we went out
    1/4 of a disgusting coffee
    L- chicken lettuce tomato and cucumber, didn't eat much wasn't very hungry
    D-omelette with chicken from lunch, cheese, tomato and some small diced bacon

    I'm going out tonight and can't decide if I want to have an alcoholic beverage or not, I'm not big on red wine so I wouldn't even know what to have

    Yes it was. I just was not hungry. I consumed 700 cals for the day and felt like throwing up I was so full. Was also very thirsty.

    You girls have got to try this dip. Very low in carbs, calories, everything really and it is so so yummy with cut up vegies to dip with.
