I have stuck 100% to my plan. It feels strange because it doesn't feel like I'm going to lose weight, I feel full and satisfied. It's hard to shake a life time of eating habits that tell you to do the opposite almost of what I'm doing. I'm determined to stick it out but it really doesn't feel like it's going to work, time will tell.

That's great Babyla - you will lose weight and you will feel great. Do you do much exercise?

I had an omelette from the all day breakfast menu - mushroom, spinach and cheddar cheese. Didn't eat the bread it came with.

It is an app, I've found it really good. It means I've run/walked 3 times a week. I'm so excited about getting back into yoga. I'm taking long service leave so will have more time and I've decided to kick start with a private lesson and unlimited pass for a month to see how I go

This is me. Ive been on my diet strictly, for 2 weeks(tomorrow) and it feels like I won't lose anything either. Patience is a virtue, I guess.
