    Enjoyed reading this. It seems we are on the right track. Low fat high carb isn't proven to work, and high fat foods aren't the monsters we think them to be... oh and coffee is good for us

    You might be interested in this book, interesting read. I listen to his podcast. Basically the book has a range of interviewees and background to the "data" surrounding cholesterol research which has been at the forefront of our diets for the last few decades.

    I had the worst night, kids projectile vomiting a baby who wouldnt sleep from 3.40 onwards etc. coulda just crammed some toast in my gob to satisfy emotional carby needs but instead cooked an egg, some mushrooms and some ham.

    *winning*

    I'll have a Tuna salad for lunch and a beef casserole for dinner which isnt too high in carbs.

    If i need a snack ill have a protein shake, half milk half water again.

    That sounds terrible hun good on you for keeping up with the eating! That's fantastic

    Ok today's plan
    B- 2 boiled eggs and a slice of cheese
    Coffee
    L-left over stuffed capsicum
    Boiled egg
    D-chicken and bacon meatballs and Caesar salad no croutons

    After a bad day yesterday I went out shopping this morning so Im not stuck for choices.

    Brekky - 2 scrambled eggs
    Lunch - pork, cheese and avocado
    Dinner - stuffed capsicum

    After dinner plan:
    - carb free jelly
    - herbal tea

    I tend to go better with food when I'm not at work. I also have the time today to properly prepare for tomorrow and then I've got the weekend.
