Ours recently took about an hour with our health nurse. It covered height, weight, eye sight, speech, behaviour, balance, counting, colours, fine motor skills.

Ds 4yo health check went for about 30mins then immunisations. They checked his eye sight, and the nurse had to fill out a huge questionnaire and said she would do it really quickly. She asked all about his diet, exercise, fine and gross motor skills, sleeping, toileting, screen time, personal hygiene teeth ect and speech but we have already had our first speech assessment and are on the wait list. Then height and weight.
