Hi ladies, hoping to join your thread. Have been reading this thread over the last couple of weeks and just amazed at the wonderful support that you all give each other. Think it’s wonderful. I have been TTC for the last 6 years did have 2 natural pregnancies which both resulted in m/c. After 6 unsuccessful IVF cycles have changed clinics and doctors and just started a new cycle. I am doing a down regulation cycle and have just started on synarel. My egg numbers are usually anywhere between 8-12 so egg quality is the issue. Fertilization rates are low, last cycle only one 8 grade made it for transfer. I am currently taking melatonin, elevit, coq 10 and Vit E to improve quality. My AMH level is 12 and age is 42.9. Hoping to be able to share all your journeys. Good luck everyone. Soph

Soph.... welcome. Yes, you'll find everyone here very supportive with lots of good advice. You AMH level and egg numbers are dreamy :-))) The only other thing I suggest, in light of you having had m/cs, is have you had ANAs (anti-nuclear anitbodies) and NKCs (natural killer cells checked)?

Twinkley.... good luck with stimming. How I would love to not have injections!!

Welcome Sophdask. It seems we have some things in common. I am 43 in October and my egg numbers are good too: 11-14 per pick up. Having said that my quality has been terrible. I am currently on CoQ10, multivitamins and bone broth (my GP and naturopath recommended this for it's anti inflamatory and calcium properties). I am not sure what my AMH is but I am going to find out next appointment! I'm sure you'll find everyone here really great.

Thank you all for the really warm welcome. Bertie not sure if ANA's and NKC's have been checked. Will follow up with my specialist. Thanks for that! Faithandhope I am 43 in September. I have also been drinking bone broth, taking Chinese herbs and doing acupuncture. Look forward to being a part of everyone's journey.

Soph... ANAs are checked through a BT, while NKCs are best done as a uterine biopsy (basically like a pap smear). I think you would know if you'd had that done!! Lol!! Also well worth having your thyroid levels checked (TSH, T3, T4 and thyroid anti-bodies) as most FSs prefer to have the TSH in the lower half of the normal band for pregnancy, but mine has only recently come on board with this.

Lol. I do accupuncture and herbs too. I forgot about those. I am only on the herbs though between cycles.

    Hi Ladies,
Had appt with FS and going for a boost cycle next.
Whilst between cycles / appt with FS we did an OPK assisted "cycle".
So, find out what's what in about a week. ....
