SoI just posted in the no cry section in the hope of finding a method that will help my 18 month old sleep.
I did CC with dd2 so I know it works and she was sleeping through by 6 months. I'm just assuming it's going to be so much harder with a mobile and louder, older toddler.
She co sleeps and breast feeds a minimum of 4 times a night and I am happy to night wean and for her to sleep On her own if it means we both get some sleep because neither of us are very happy at the moment.
18 months of sleep deprivation has not left me very happy.

We used The Gift of Sleep with my daughter at 13 months. It was really effective, only took one night and she is now 18 months and still sleeping! It was a night and day change. I highly recommend it! Before she was a terrible sleeper and I was extremely sleep deprived. I think I managed to implement it at the right time for her.

I don't have any CC advice but the Jay Gordon night weaning method is great and gentle on mum and bub.
