    If your really worried maybe buy a booster with the 5 point harness that converts into a standard booster they are larger seats and the 5 point harness goes up to a higher height than a normal 0-4 car seat........ And also this also depends on different states. I know here in via I've been told go by the height markers and weight and at another place I've been told age. So now that we only have the one car DD will be in a 5 point harness until 4 years just to be sure.
