    Did it cover hospital care for you and premature baby if you went into preterm labour?

    Columbus only covers labour and neonatal care up to 30 weeks. Bupa only covers up to 24 weeks. Neither cover IVF pregnancies or pregnancies with conplications.

    I don't know if they still exist but there used to be a company called 1cover. Might be worth having a look.

    Sorry, I just got back to this. I had found Columbus as well, I spoke with them on the phone and thoroughly read their policy stuff. With the pregnancy extension package. They cover child birth and care of the neonate and repatriation home once able. You have to have completed your trip by 30 weeks, not have any assisted conception, a singleton pregnancy and doctors clearance.
