How do I change my lacking in creativity username? Or do I need to just re-register?

I was DairyfreeDiva when I first joined.... I was a mess, barely coping and pretty unwell at the time.
I changed it when I began to recover and turn back into my old self as a kind of therapeutic cleanse and shedding the saddness that had engulfed me for a few years.
my name isn't Rita by the way...., don't know why I chose this username. It makes no sense and has absolutley no meaning to me.
