Background- we are in the process of setting up a new company & contracting business and have never done anything quite this big before. DF has already been offered a contract, but to fufill it we also need to provide a copy of our Terms and Conditions of contract.
I'm wondering of this a generic thing we can use a template or adapt another version or do we HAVE to have a solicitor draw one up. I don't even know where to start if we were to draft our own.
I'm having trouble finding a contract online that is fitting for what he does.
Cabinetmaking, kitchen installations etc.
Any help is much appreciated!

I would definitely see a solicitor to draw this up. Good luck!

Is there a cabinet makers association ? Like there is a building services or electrical one - they would have all the info on contracts and regulations? Or check the office of fair trading maybe?
