I saw this bunch of fake peonies that look real, they don't look tack they are just gorgeous, I don't know why, but I just really want them, they are $30 but I just can't justify spending $30 on something that has no use at all.

I really love fairy lights too, but I have the same though, I can't justify spending money on them, and then they use even more in energy.

I think if truth be told, I never can justify spending money on myself, I know there are heaps of women who do it too, keep putting stuff for us on the back burner because the kids need new shoes, or whatever. I only just went out and bought my Christmas present for myself the other day, and it is useful and functional.

I'd love a few hundred to spend on nothing at all, all on me and not feel guilty about it!

I really really want to redo my study - get a new desk that isn't falling apart, a bookshelf, some nice wall hangings. Make it a place I don't mind being in, rather than storing stuff in there and studying in the loungeroom

Love my mandolin! I have a food processor so can cover the grating/messy chop. But the mandolin just makes such perfect, even slices.
