yeah I have got into actually riding my bike much more too - though its hard in the rain
I am lucky - in the West the timing is good. finishes around 11.30pm mostly. Eastern States would find it much tougher ... 1.30am is not a good time

I'm in the West too - definitely makes the watching easier ( @KatiesMum , I bet we've passed each other at the Mezz - just had a sticky beak at your profile - we've just moved to the area - I should update my profile).
I would love to ride - not having a bike is impeding the dream slightly!

wow - its a small world.
maybe we should arrange a bubhub meet for this area (we used to have one regularly, but the wonderful lady who used to arrange them moved to Sydney ... and the rest of us are too slack)

It is raining, and snowing on each of the 3 mountain passes they are climbing today .... But the stage is going ahead as planned.
Quintana is sick though, so not sure what to expect from him ... And apparently pozzovivo as well
going too be an interesting stage

I'm looking forward to it! Hopefully the race won't be neutralised - although I guess it's better for the riders to be safe.
I bet there's a few riders who are under the weather - and not looking forward to the hills - and coming off a rest day.
Will try to watch the recap on SBS 2 at 5.30pm and hopefully stay awake for tonight!

I tend to watch the first hour then tape the rest and watch it the next day while DS is asleep. Only problem with that is I have to stay away from the news and facebook until the afternoon so I don't accidentally find out who won before I've had a chance to watch it.

Yeah it can be hard.
I will stay up for tonight though. Gavia Stelvio and Val Martello ... Worth the effort ( hopefully).

Had to record and I'm now trying to watch it between Peppa Pig episodes!
Oh the weather...

yeah the weather was pretty shocking.
They should have neutralised the deccent off the Stelvio ... that was way dangerous.
