    It has also been confirmed that there won't be any freeze of the dole and youth allowance on 01 Jul 14, and no changes to family tax benefits

    Too late to pass it through the Senate.

    I think the freezing of indexing was blocked. I read weeks ago that labor plans to let the changes to FTB B through

    hang on, so you mean FTB b isn't changing at all, the 6 month waiting for newstart under 25 is no longer AND no fuel excise?
