    Default Nervous, excited and anxious

Well im 35, will be 36 when baby number 2 comes along. Thought after we said no more babies and got rid of all my daughters things that we wouldnt be going through all this baby drama again especially since my beautiful girl is 5 next month.

Im already 10 weeks along only found out yesterday so first trimester almost over, but wondering if there is anyone else that has had a big gap between there babies.

Hi lea78, I am 36 yo, and my girls are 7 and 9. We are now thinking about number 3 . I think the larger age gap can be great because the older kids can get involved and help care for the baby, and fend for themselves at the same time (make their own snacks when you are feeding etc) and being older they will remember the experience and remember their sibling as a baby.

I am a bit worries about jelousy as it has been the 4 of us for a long time but I am sure that they will adapt and the benefits will outweigh the negatives.

Out biggest concerns at the moment are financial with dropping back to 1 income, my girls love their ballet and swimming which can be quite expensive.

I am sure that if we do have no#3 now that our kids are older it will take a lot of people by surprise.
