Ha I would have said "hello there", move her pram and get going with nappy changing business
I think you were very polite and yes her answers were completely over the top!

Wow, talk about judgemental!!
Geez people, give the woman a break, yes she possibly was rude but there could be a million reasons why, bad day, struggling with her kid, overtired, sick, marriage troubles or all of the above!
I love how everyone can jump on the bandwagon and judge this woman who they don't even know, AND no one was there except the OP.
Not saying you are lying OP, but sometimes we can be sensitive to how people act and talk and WHAT IF you just read too much into her slightly snappy tone? Or if she was blatantly rude, WHAT IF she had a darn good reason? Not saying it's ok to snap at a stranger and be rude, just saying NO ONE is perfect, and we all have our bad days, I actually think it's pretty childish to come on a public forum and start *****ing about a woman who cannot defend herself!
I know it started out as a vent and that's fine, we all need to vent now and then but it seems to be turning into almost a witch hunt.

The pretty much only acceptable response to the OP would be `sorry, I have my hands full, just push the pram out of the way'.
What a drama over nothing! Who cares if someone touches your pram!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope, being selfish in A venue designed for everyone is rude.
That would be like me blocking the entrance to a public toilet and then having a go at someone trying to get past me.

IMO - shouldn't have been taking up two spots, but was she was probably in a world of her own when OP spoke to her. I do the same thing when I'm checking my phone in a queue and haven't noticed that I'm at the front of the line. I'm not being rude on purpose.

Haven't read any other replies but my first response to the OP's post was WHAT?!?! I don't understand why the lady would be so rude. Of course she should have moved out of the way as 99% of us would. Perhaps she was having a bad day or there was some misunderstanding down the line. Either way it's still rude.

SAgirl um.... I simply said I thought her behavior was rude. I didn't judge her life. .. her clothes. ..her pram (bugaboo by the way)... Nothing. I just said what she did was rude. And it was. No I'm not lying. .. I certainly do not think I read too much into her tone. . She was rude. Even my mum said she was rude. She wouldn't move out of the way to enable me to use a free change station.
You don't know me yet you've implied I'm a liar..a bad judge of character... and childish. Then you've said I'm b-ing about someone who can't defend themself like I'm some coward.
I've been around BH a fair while now and I've NEVER been called these things. I'm actually a pretty nice person.
