    Default Formal gown/dress for Tweens

We are going to a dinner that is formal attire (think tuxes and ball gowns) and DD is at the age (she will be 10) where little girl dresses such as flower girl ones are to young and small for her. Does anyone know where I might find a formal gown that is age appropriate and comes in tween sizes? She fits a child's 12-14 at target if that helps.

Macy's have some absolutely beautiful stuff - and shipping isnt very expensive.

I also have bought a lot of stuff from shopjustice.com but their shipping prices are more expensive
